What is a Pet Profile?
The Pet Profile contains vital information about your pet(s), home security and special requirements. It ensures that your pets receive proper care and that our service meets your exact specifications. It also tells us whom to contact in the event of an emergency. It is important that you let us know of any changes so we can update your profile and keep your information current.
What if my pet becomes ill while under The Pet Nanny’s care?
If you pet becomes ill, we will attempt to contact you to discuss the situation. If requested, we will take your pet to the veterinarian. In the event that we cannot reach you, we will decide if your pet should be seen by the veterinarian. If necessary, we will take your pet for treatment. You will be billed for any extra time we spend for these services as well as the cost of treatment.
What areas of Denver do you serve?
Our main service areas include Central Denver; we currently cover a wide area in Denver. We cover Downtown Denver south Englewood, West to Federal, East to Quebec. If you are still not sure we cover your area give us a call. Other locations will be considered on an individual basis.
What types of animals do you care for?
We care for dogs, cats, rabbits, small mammals, birds and some reptiles. Unfortunately, we cannot offer services for aggressive dogs.
